At Bring Balance, we celebrate the beauty of handcrafted textiles. Our garments and fabrics are lovingly made on handlooms across India. These textiles may have slight irregularities or variations in color due to the natural dyes used. These are not defects, but rather a testament to the unique, handwoven nature of the piece.
Our garments undergo diligent quality checks. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase due to a fault or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bringbalance.in. Including pictures can speed up the resolution process.
For minor alterations, we recommend supporting local tailors whenever possible. This helps us all minimize our environmental impact by reducing unnecessary shipments.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability. If your desired size is unavailable, you'll receive a store credit which can be utilized against other purchases.
- All exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- In case of a faulty or incorrect item, please email us photos within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Initiate exchanges by emailing info@bringbalance.in.
- Custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Each order can only be exchanged once.
- Please return products with tags and original packing items.
- We'll send your replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.
- Sale orders are not eligible for exchange
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- We do not accept cancellations.
- Refunds are only issued for unfulfilled orders.
